Vegetarian wedding dinner

This menu was designed for a wedding held at The George Beachfront Inn, house of Debbie Ritchie's gorgeous gardens (Stella's cutflowers). The happy couple was vegetarian, and they settled on a simple, yet elegant vegetarian menu for their guests.

Pasta salad with feta, kalamata olives, artichokes, tomatoes and fresh oregano in balsamic emulsion

Organic mixed greens with berries and almonds in mint and honey vinaigrette

French-style potato salad with caramelized onions, watercress, walnuts and fresh dill

Lentil filo pie with vegetables and miso emulsion
