This week, to mark our final weekend of 4-course dinners, local food writer Pam Frier will come to the Bistro on Sunday and entertain diners with readings from her book, Laughing with my mouth full. We will be featuring some of her recipes as a token of our appreciation. Saturday night, Brook Bilney and Gary Newsstead will jazz the dining room for the last time this season...
